Call Recording Disclaimer

Calls to and from Sterling Lloyd Insurance Services may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, accuracy of policy servicing, and compliance purposes.

California law requires that all parties to a call consent to recording. When a call is subject to recording, you will hear an announcement at the beginning of the call. By remaining on the line after the announcement, you consent to the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell the representative at the start of the call, and we will assist you without recording where possible, or offer an alternative way to complete your request, such as email.

Recordings, where made, are treated as confidential business records, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and compliance purposes, and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
