Two decades building precision risk programs for enterprises and high-value households — and the person who sets the standard every advisor here works to.

Jonathan founded Sterling Lloyd on the idea that insurance advice should start with how a business or household actually operates, not with a rate sheet. He leads the agency's largest commercial accounts personally and reviews every carrier relationship the firm maintains.

Outside client work, he mentors the agency's newer producers and sits on the board of a regional risk management association.
